Harvington School was founded in 1890 and in its long history has moved direction to meet the changes and trends in education. This year, the school celebrates 120 years of history and establishes an exceptional preparatory setting to meet popular demand.

Harvington Prep School opened its doors in September 2010 committed to preparing girls for senior school entrance examinations as part of the next stage of their education. The school welcomes boys in the Nursery. The children are monitored and supported very carefully at all stages of their education and we are academically very ambitious for them, preparing them for the top senior schools.

Set in three large and attractive Victorian buildings, modernised to a high standard, the school is proud of its spacious accommodation and uses the latest resources and technology to deliver the curriculum in a warm and caring environment.

Harvington Prep School is a richly diverse community where mutual respect and tolerance are highly valued. It is a school with a social conscience and a heart; the caring, warm and all-embracing nature of the school is one of its most unique characteristics and one which underpins the core values of the school’s philosophy.
